To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please make sure to include all accessories, manuals, and packaging materials.

We accept returns and issue refunds if the product:

  • Arrives damaged, defective, or missing any component.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
